Amy Pearson is an associate at Fabricant LLP with significant experience in developing patent litigation and prosecution strategies, identifying valuable patents, locating infringement, and conducting patent validity analyses. Amy’s practice spans a variety of technical fields including automotive, image processing, telecommunications, fintech, software, consumer products, and lighting. Prior to joining Fabricant LLP, Amy held executive positions in multiple patent enforcement companies and was a general counsel to a fintech company. Amy also has experience in prosecuting patents and in mechanical engineering for Unigraphics and Motorola.
