Daniel Shea is an associate at Fabricant LLP with experience experience assisting with intellectual property litigation, prosecuting U.S. patent applications, assisting clients with patent prosecution strategies, and conducting patent validity analyses. Daniel's practice spans a variety of technical fields, including automotive, medical devices, telecommunications, software applications and systems, consumer products, and alloy compositions. Prior to joining Fabricant LLP, Daniel was an associate at Brown Rudnick and the intellectual property firm Kenyon & Kenyon LLP.
Daniel also has experience working as a mechanical engineer for power engineering consulting firm, where he assisted with modifying and upgrading nuclear power plants. He also worked as a patent extern at the USPTO, where he was trained as a patent examiner and drafted Office Actions.
