Intellectual Property Litigation
Samuel Erlanger is an associate at Fabricant LLP. Samuel participates in all aspects of patent litigation.
Prior to Fabricant LLP, Samuel was an associate at a commercial litigation firm. During law school, Samuel was an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Law Review and an intern for the Tech Startup Clinic. Samuel also has experience at JPMorgan Chase where he worked on software and hardware development in ATM and Debit Card technologies.
