Jacob Ostling is an associate at Fabricant LLP with experience litigating patent disputes before a number of district courts and in representing petitioners in inter partes review (IPR proceedings before the Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB)). Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his practice spans a variety of technical fields, including computer hardware and software, automotive systems, semiconductor devices, and athletic footwear.
