Intellectual Property Litigation
Julian Pymento is an associate at Fabricant LLP. His experience in federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office encompasses all stages of patent litigation as well as other intellectual property disputes. Julian has both a B.S and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and leverages that expertise through his work in various technical fields.
Julian also has experience with patent prosecution, and has co-created and taught “Patent Law Essentials: What Scientists, Engineers, Physicians & Entrepreneurs Need to Know,” a workshop covering the basics of U.S. patent law, at top universities in the U.S. and Singapore.
