Peter Lambrianakos' practice focuses on patent and other intellectual property litigation in federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Peter's patent infringement experience includes litigating cases involving a wide range of technologies and products, such as semiconductors, smartphones, LED displays, wireless communications, thermal and power management. portable audience meters, bulk conveyors, steel sheet pilings, automated storage and retrieval systems, digital recorders, web-based software, and medical devices. Peter has participated in all aspects of litigation from pre-filing diligence through appeal. including conducting Markman hearings and arguing appeals before the Federal Circuit. Peter has also represented patent owners and petitioners in over 75 inter partes review and covered business method review proceedings in the PTAB. In addition, Peter has successfully litigated trademark infringement and counterfeiting matters in federal courts. In several cases, he obtained ex parte temporary restraining orders against suspected counterfeiters and negotiated favorable settlements that included stipulated permanent injunctions and damages. Peter has also successfully litigated several copyright infringement disputes involving the theft of radio audience ratings reports Peter also advises his clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. providing freedom-to-operate opinions, trademark clearances, and due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and potential litigation.

Represents an audio/video integration system company in its claims of patent infringement against several automotive manufacturers. Defended the validity of the patents against over a dozen IPR petitions.

Represents an LED display manufacturer in ITC and district court proceedings concerning infringement of patents covering modular LED display panels.

Represents a patent owner in its claims of infringement of five patents involving semiconductor technology. Defended the validity of the patents against several IPR petitions and obtained favorable settlements.

Represents an app developer in a patent infringement case against several smartphone companies.

Defended a manufacturer of optical fiber testing equipment against patent infringement claims concerning OTDR equipment. Challenged the validity of the asserted patents in two IPR petitions and obtained a favorable settlement a short time later.

Defended an online software company in four related litigations in which multiple products were accused of infringing eight patents concerning location tracking systems, carrier billing and Internet telephony.

Represented a defendant in connection with claims that its notebook computers infringed two patents concerning wireless communications. Obtained a favorable settlement after claim construction.

Represented a plaintiff in its claims for declaratory judgments of non-infringement and invalidity of numerous patents covering digital watermarking. Obtained a favorable settlement.

Defended against claims that an automated pharmacy infringed two patents. Obtained a judgment of non-infringement after a jury trial that was affirmed on appeal.
