Intellectual Property Litigation
Ryan Oliver is an associate at Fabricant LLP and a registered patent attorney. He has experience in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation.
Before joining Fabricant LLP, Ryan was an associate at a globally recognized law firm. In that role, he conducted research, prepared and filed legal documents, and negotiated settlement agreements for intellectual property disputes, including matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Ryan also drafted patent and trademark applications and provided patent and trademark support for mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to attending law school, he worked in mechanical and patent engineering at a well-known telecommunications and consumer electronics company.
