Samantha R. Fabricant is an associate at Fabricant LLP. She practices in all areas of intellectual property litigation including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters.

Prior to Fabricant LLP, Samantha was an associate at Levine & Blit in New York City. During law school, Samantha spent two summers in Beijing, China as part of the cooperative intellectual property law program between the John Marshall Law School and China’s State Intellectual Property Office (“SIPO”). As part of that program, she was a faculty teacher’s assistant and instructed new Chinese patent attorneys on patent law issues in the United States.
