Fabricant LLP Welcomes Amy Pearson and Sam Erlanger to its Patent litigation practice

Fabricant LLP continues to strengthen its Patent litigation practice with two additional lateral hires over the past month. Amy Pearson joins the firm from Chicago and establishes Fabricant LLP’s first presence in Illinois. Amy is a registered patent attorney with more than 16 years’ experience with patent litigation matters throughout the United States including six years at Acacia Research managing patent licensing programs for patent owners.


Sam Erlanger joins Fabricant’s New York practice as a second year associate. This makes three new attorney hires for the fast growing boutique in the past 10 months. Earlier this year, Richard Cowell joined Fabricant LLP, as counsel, bringing to the firm his twelve plus years of high tech patent litigation experience.
